You’ll receive an email confirming your account application has been received and providing you with a link to the Portal and a temporary password (which can be changed later) to activate your account. Please be patient, as this email may take up to an hour. Follow the login link and click ‘Activate Account’ to finish setting up your Time To Pet Client Profile.
Please don’t forget to fill out all Client and Pet Details in your account.
