Ciao! Did you know Pawz & Me was actually born in Italy?
At just 21 years old, our Founder Emily started to rethink her Hospitality career whilst galivanting around Europe with her now-husband Corey and gushing over all the well-loved European street cats and dogs.
After weeks of discussing the idea, and whilst laying on a stiff mattress in an uncomfortably hot Airbnb in central Oslo, Norway the night before they flew home to Sydney, Em decided there and then to change the course of her life forever.
In 2024, the business transitioned to new ownership under Christine who had already been a dedicated team member at Pawz & Me for 2 years. Christine is wholeheartedly committed to upholding the exceptional service and community spirit that Emily established. She is also passionate about continuing the vision that Emily had for the business, ensuring its continued growth and positive impact on the community.
Since the humble beginnings, we’ve worked with over 1,200 clients and now offer a growing range of quality Pet Services.
And there’s plenty more to come for the future at Pawz & Me!
We have a genuine passion for the health, wellbeing and happiness of animals. This allows us to never stop learning, growing, and giving back to them.
Our unwavering commitment and flexible scheduling gives our Clients the reliable service they depend upon, sometimes at the drop of a hat!
Our Clients are the lifeblood of our business. We strive to meet and exceed their expectations by providing quality pet care, creating memorable relationships, and working with empathy and understanding.
Christine has always had a passion to work with animals big and small. After working at Pawz & Me for 2 years, she loved the business so much she bought it!

Growing up, Lucy’s family never wanted any pets, but with sheer determination in the form of a few slideshows of why she needs a puppy, countless after-school hours spent at the Camden Pet Shop and dragging her dad to animal shelters on weekends, Lucy finally had her first dog when she turned 11. Django, named by her dad and brother, was an Australian Terrier puppy and he was Lucy’s first best friend. The same way girls wrote in their diaries, Lucy spoke to Django about her day and her dreams.

When she’s not walking her three dogs or training her bunnies, Caitlyn loves to be cuddled up on the lounge with a good book or going to her local beaches for a walk or swim.

Keira has always been a passionate animal lover and from a young age she dreamed of living on a farm. She was lucky enough to get the chance to work with farm animals through school, where she took on important jobs like bottle feeding and training goats, cows and sheep. This hands-on experience really ignited her passion for pet sitting and caring for animals of all kinds.
When she isn’t looking after animals, Keira loves spending her weekends camping, going 4WD’ing and exploring the stunning wilderness of the Blue Mountains. She enjoys getting out into nature and making the most of everything the great outdoors has to offer.

Em is Pawz & Me’s founder. She founded P&M in 2017 after dreaming of working with animals since she was a kid. A 5-week European adventure in 2017 left her returning to her boring job and saying “Nah… Not for me, thanks.” and since then she’s never looked back!
As well as being an avid animal lover, Em is big on female empowerment and providing local employment opportunities for young women. She has built Pawz & Me with an open and empowered work culture where our all-women team can pursue their passion in animal care and break the stereotypes and boundaries of our industry.
Em is passionate about all things pets and supporting small biz with community over competition. She takes huge pride in the achievements of Pawz & Me’s incredible team of women.
